Description

Ocean Spray Cranberries, Inc. is currently looking to hire a MBA Accounting Intern! The Intern will work with our corporate controllers group in Lakeville, MA.

The Intern will assist the Controller's group with various projects throughout the allotted time to help close the fiscal accounting year. Take ownership of some duties within the Group that will be the intern's responsibilities during the summer. Specifically act as a peer reviewer for all monthly cash reconciliations. Peer review capital project “placed in service” forms.

This is a great opportunity for a graduate accounting student to gain hands-on experience working in a professional corporate accounting group.

This is a paid position – funded for up to 6 months starting the summer of 2013. Typical summer schedule would be Monday through Thursday 8:00am – 4:45pm and Friday’s from 8:00am – 12:30pm. Typical fall schedule would be Monday through Friday 8:15 am - 4:30 pm.

What we’re looking for:

Candidates must be current MBA/Graduate level college students majoring in Accounting. In addition to being an accounting major we are also looking for interns that are analytically oriented, have the ability to work with cross-functional teams, and have intellectual curiosity. Personality characteristics that we look for include confidence, passion, outgoing, friendly, positive, self-assured, and assertive.
