Job Title Finance Intern
Job Description The Finance Intern will support the Finance Team; which reports to McDonald's Regional Controller and is responsible for Consolidated Reporting, Planning and Forecasting.
Position Purpose:
This position offers both broad and focused perspectives on McDonald's business by providing exposure to internal and external reporting. The intern will gain knowledge of McDonald's business as well as have exposure to different areas of the business, such as Marketing, Human Resources, Training and Development.
Responsibilities
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Preparation of financial reports for management
Review of financial statements
Assist in month-end close process
Reconcile inter-company balances
Special projects and requests
Minimum Requirements 1) Intern must be currently enrolled in an accredited College/ University and have completed sophomore year of college for Undergrad Internship.
2) Employment will last a minimum of 8 weeks in 2012. (Mid May – August proposed)
3) Student must have a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.5.
4) Undergraduate intern’s hourly pay will be $17 per hour.
5) Letter of reference from College/University faculty member a plus.
