Finance Intern
Location: Cranston, RI
Department: Finance & Accounting
Main Responsibilities:
Accounts Receivable:
• Cash Application
• New Account Administration
General Accounting:
• Bank Reconciliations (corporate accounts)
• Balance Sheet Account Reconciliations
• Assist with preparation of Sales & Use Tax work papers
• Budget Template Preparation
• Ad hoc reporting and analysis as needed
Retail Accounting:
• Bank Reconciliations (retail accounts)
• Cash Audit – variance analysis
• Ad hoc reporting and analysis as needed
Requirements and/or Qualifications:
• Senior standing enrolled and active in an accredited college
• Major: Finance or Accounting
• Detail oriented
• Microsoft Excel experience or classroom training preferred
