Customer Relations Specialist Intern


Location: Cranston, RI

Department: Customer Service

Main Responsibilities:

Responds to all customer email inquiries, including new orders, order status look-up, authorization of & questions surrounding repairs, and performing general administrative duties to ensure complete customer satisfaction while operating within a manner that supports the Company’s mission, goals, and objectives.

1. Respond to email requests from customers; SCS Members, SCO customers, Repair customers.

2. Research order status, provides information on membership program, request print material, provide information on repairs process, and research specific claim repair information.

3. Perform general administrative duties to support workflow within the department.

4. Research & resolve customer complaints.

Requirements and/or Qualifications:



1) Clear and concise communication.

2) Must possess creative problem solving skills

3) Multitasking abilities

4) Requires experience with resolution of customer issues through the escalation process.

The qualified candidate must be of a sophomore, Junior, or Senior standing. Candidate must also have an academic background in the subject they are pursuing. The successful candidate will have a strong work ethic and a GPA of 3.0 or higher and must be currently enrolled and active in an accredited college.
