Position Summary

Closely work with Strategy and Portfolio Management Team and focus on the following responsibilities:

Support activities for adherence to company-wide standard methodologies and tools, including software, for use in portfolio management.

Supporting rigorous, fact-based and value-oriented resource allocation and acquire / divest decisions

Support all activities related to dispassionate portfolio management (DPM)

Support all activities related to quarterly Portfolio Business Reviews (PBRs)

Researching markets, competitors and emerging trends to support strategic planning process and management decision making

Ad hoc analysis and projects as required

Other responsibilities as assigned

Competencies:

Communication and presentation skills

Strong analytical and problem solving skills

Hands-on proficiency with spreadsheets, Excel macros, and the potential to use advanced decision support analytical tools (e.g., decision analysis software, monte carlo simulation, optimization) are a plus

Demonstrated project management skills and experience and aptitude for managing and prioritizing multiple projects and initiatives

Strong team player


Qualifications
Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in decision sciences, management science, business, accounting, finance, economics or related quantitative field with a GPA equal or greater than 3.4 (4.0 scale).

Well organized, detail-orientated individual with the ability to multi-task and establish priorities.

Demonstrated financial, analytical and problem solving skills.

Strong Excel skills
