Work in an environment where you can have a real impact reporting directly to the Vice President of Human Resources. Learn and grow in this position where you will be responsible for general staffing related activity including training, new hire processing, compliance and orientation of new staff etc. This person will also work with local colleges to recruit (online and print). You may also assist in special projects and seasonal activities such as MSDS, Open Enrollment, Benefits Administration, etc.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related field with a minimum GPA of 3.5.
High level of MS Office expertise, including MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Confidentiality and discretion are essential.
Strong organizational skill and attention to details are required.
Excellent communication, writing and documentation skills.
Good interpersonal skills to be able to train employees.
Must be able to work independently as well as in a team effort.
