JOB SUMMARY:

Provides support and develops practices to grow and manage INEX Advisor’s CRM database and marketing efforts.

JOB TYPE:

Part-time role, skill sharing non-paid internship.

POSSIBLE FUNCTIONS:

Database Management Support: Together with the INEX team, develops best practices to update, manage and grow the contacts database. Keeps the database updated with new inbound leads and discovers and suggests new practices for contact management.

Marketing Outreach: Supports the development of the monthly newsletter, including campaign set-up and formatting in MailChimp. Supports social media efforts and shares

Client Support: Participate in team collaboration sessions focused on the development of client marketing plans and/or business plans. Provide marketing support for client projects as needed.

Public Relations: Support INEX Advisors’ public relations efforts including drafting press releases and sharing with local, regional and national media outlets.

Collaboration: Participate and collaborate with the INEX team in overall strategy discussions for the firm as well as key clients.

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, AND SKILLS:

Education: Marketing, communications or business major.

Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, demonstrated ability to coordinate a high level of activity under a variety of conditions and constraints.

Experience with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Twitter, LinkedIN, MailChimp and Customer Relationship Management software helpful.
