- Support multiple Financial Analysts via project oriented work assignments
- Cost reporting including explaining cost and staffing variances, analysis and reporting of cost drivers
- Projects to include building and /or modifying Microsoft Access database/Excel spreadsheet tools to track cost reduction initiatives
- Analyze profitability of major accounts using custom UPS tools and other related software
- Occasional light clerical task - as assigned
Requirements
- Highly analytical with attention to detail
- Familiar and comfortable with financial concepts such as: NPV, IRR, ROI, etc
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel
- Intermediate Microsoft Access, Word and Outlook
- Good communication, organizational and problem solving skills
Education
- Sophomore or Junior in Finance or related field
- Concentration in Risk Management desirable
