The semester will soon be underway and for those of you
still looking for an internship, I refer you to my Internship Blog (http://businessinternships.blogspot.com/)
where I will be adding opportunities as they come in. You should also look at postings that have
arrived over the past couple of weeks as some positions still remain unfilled. You
should also use other services such as Indeed.com or Simplyhired.com to
identify opportunities. Mobile users may
also want to consider the Internship.com app to search for opportunities. Also mark your calendar for the Work N'Serve
Job Fair in Woodland Commons on September 4.
It will be held from 10 am - 2 pm. You may find some interesting
internship leads there.
Keep in mind that you must have an internship before you can
gain enrollment into our internship class (the only way to get credit for a
business internship). I can get you into
the internship class up to a couple of weeks into the Fall semester but you
must start your search NOW! We do not
place students into internships. We do
post known opportunities on the blog.
