Detailed Description The primary accountabilities for this position include: · Assist with the development and implementation of Dunkin’ Brands, Inc. Diversity and Inclusion programs strategic framework. Implement and coordinate programs, recruitment events and other methods to increase the organization’s ability to attract and retain an inclusive population that serves our diverse customer base. Create partnerships with Diversity organizations. · Enhance and refine a military program plan for Dunkin’ Brands, Inc. Program includes goals and objectives, develop a focused marketing and brand management campaign supporting the program and understand military talent. Partner with Talent Acquisition, Talent Development and Human Resources, begin to develop relationships with Veterans organizations and transition centers. · Create consistency in branding collateral.
