| The Junior Financial Analyst will join the corporate finance team for a long term analysis project. Working directly with senior members of the finance departments and gaining exposure across company. Invaluable experience for a recent grad looking to kick off a career in Finance. Assesses variances from the project plans, develops and implements changes as necessary to ensure that the project remains within specified scope and is within time, cost and quality objectives. Effectively communicates relevant project information to Management. Prepares regular status reports and distribute internally. Identifies potential areas for improvement in current processes. Prepares and maintains reporting and presentations via Excel and Power point. Manages day-to-day operational aspects of a project and scope. Assist with AUP Audit, Certus, PBC, and Internal Departmental Audits. Providing information as requested, testing current processes and ensuring Controls and SOPs are accurate and up to date. Assist with Department analysis and projects as they arise. Other duties as assigned.
