The Member Care Coordinator Summer Intern is responsible for supporting the day-to-day activities and projects within the department. Additional responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Read tickets to identify trends and issues
- Summarize trends and Member feedback
- Calls attention to potential issues that need follow-up
- Works with Member Care Manager to develop an action plan, meets with key business areas to discuss resolution
- Identifies good Member suggestions, works with Member Care Manager to develop an action plan, follows up on suggestions with key business areas, writes letters to Members explaining how we are acting on their feedback Updates quick reference documents (such as buyers list, regional operations alignment, regional Asset Protection list, etc.) for Member Care.
- Helps update the knowledge base by updating content, searching repository and providing recommendations on new keywords to improve recall, and performing other maintenance under the direction of Member Care Manager
- Students must be working towards their Bachelor's degree, preferably in a related field
- Prior Co-op/Internship experience is preferred
- Excellent organization and communication skills
- Must be able to multi-task and maintain the confidentiality of the department
- Strong computer skills
