What are the job responsibilities?
  • Collaborate with Professional Development Managers and Marketing on execution and reporting of our Value Add program suite
  • Research and benchmarking for Value-Add programs
  • Coordinate meeting logistics and content for ING sales training conference and regional meetings
  • Analyze sales trends and program execution to assist with calculating return on investment for programs
  • Learning management system database reporting and analytics for training events
  • Reporting and administrative support for tracking of performance objectives and goal attainment
  • Other duties as assigned by sales management
Who is our ideal candidate?
  • Actively pursuing undergraduate degree; the ideal candidate would be studying and/or interested in Organizational Development, Human Capital Management and/or Marketing
  • Experience with MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint are required
  • Experience with Successfactors and Learning Management systems is a plus, though not required
