valuable job experience through its internship programs. Internships are
intended to provide professional experience related to a student's major and/or
career plans. We are currently seeking an Intern to work in our Gaming Solutions Systems Product Management department. This is a great opportunity for a student interested in a future career in a corporate environment. This is a paid internship ($12.00/hour) and will be located in Providence, RI . The position is Full- Time for the Summer . The responsibilities include but are not limited to: Gathering up-to-date product information and incorporating it into corporate documents for dispersion to internal and external stakeholders as needed Assist in setting up a process for keeping documentation current going forward Help coordinate product demonstrations in preparation for upcoming industry trade-shows Outlining requirements Checking functionality to ensure it is ready for the show Develop a repository for keeping new product ideas that have yet to be investigated. This will also entail developing the way that new product ideas will be entered and maintained going forward. JOB REQUIREMENTS Job Requirements: Candidates for an internship at GTECH must be in good academic standing (GPA 3.0 or higher) and must also be highly motivated, demonstrate good work habits, and be eager to make a positive contribution. The ideal candidate will have completed his or her sophomore or junior year in a technical field of study such as engineering, computer science, etc. |
