Summer Internship opportunity to work in our Finance department at Hachette Book Group located in Boston, MA.

ABOUT HACHETTE BOOK GROUP’S INTERN PROGRAM

Hachette Book Group is actively seeking rising college juniors and seniors for our summer internship program in our Boston office. The program will last 10 weeks, beginning in early June and extending through mid-August. Students are assigned positions within one of our many departments (i.e., Finance, Royalties, Customer Service, Managing Editorial) based on their interests, qualifications, and our business needs. **When applying, you must specify your area of interest in your cover letter.**

Interns will have the opportunity to work in conjunction with seasoned professionals in specific fields handling day-to-day responsibilities, helping with special projects, and attending departmental meetings. To enhance their work experience, interns will become familiar with all aspects of book publishing through educational sessions that feature speakers from all departments in the company. At the end of the program, interns are required to present a summary of their experience to their fellow interns.

This is a paid internship opportunity. Students must be able to make arrangements to live in the Boston area over the summer. We do not have an official housing program.
