Through this internship you will learn and develop a general knowledge of compensation and benefit programs. You will assist consultants with research and analysis of financial data for clients.
The work may entail analysis of any of the following: competitive compensation, long-term pay incentive plan design, compensation tax issues, organizational development and retirement plan consulting.
The ideal intern is studying Finance, Economics or Mathematics.
To be successful you must be comfortable with Microsoft Office Suite, specifically proficient with spreadsheets, have excellent analytical and problem solving skills, be willing to work 32- 40 hours/week and have transportation. We are a business casual work place (you don't need a suit but, can?t wear jeans) and business hours are 8:30-5:00
Monday thru Friday.
