Finance & Accounting is unique within Procter & Gamble since we work across every area of the business, both domestically and globally. Our role within P&G is to provide leadership to business decision making as well as manage the Company's financial and accounting affairs to maximize long-term profits, cash flow, and return on investment.
Our intern assignments are real Finance and/or Accounting work designed to allow you to experience, first-hand, the type of work we do within P&G. As an intern, you can make an impact on the business as well as continue to build your analytical, technical and leadership skills. Most projects offer the opportunity to work with individuals in a variety of capacities within the area you're assigned and, potentially in other functions. You'll have an individualized work plan that will guide you throughout the summer and you'll get coaching from your immediate manager throughout your internship.
This internship is will be at our Boston, MA location working for our Gillette Finance & Accounting organization.

Qualifications
We are looking for students in their junior year (or one year away from graduation) of an Undergraduate or Masters degree and First year MBA students. Majors or Concentrations include Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business or Commerce.
Requirements also include at least 2 college-level accounting courses upon completion of degree, minimum GPA of 3.0 (on a 4.0 scale), and a willingness to relocate.
Candidates must be a U.S. citizen or national, permanent resident, refugee or asylee, or temporary resident under the legalization program of the 1986 Immigration Act. P&G does not offer practical training positions nor sponsor foreign citizens to obtain work visa
or permanent residency.
At P&G, Intern/Co-Op sessions are considered temporary employment, with a predicted ending point. No full-time employment commitments are made; however, depending on satisfactory completion of certain criteria, candidates may be considered for full-time positions upon
graduation.
