If you’re seeking a fast-track career experience – with meaning, then this is the internship for you!Interns will work within a regional financial office to help strengthen regional markets, explore effective sales techniques and strategies, and build professional relationships. After the first 12 weeks, those who exceed expectations will have the opportunity to continue their internship throughout the school year. RequirementsTo be considered for an internship position, you must meet the following requirements:• Obtain and maintain a state life-and-health insurance license before your contract date.• Maintain a valid driver’s license.• Be enrolled in college (must have proof of enrollment as an undergraduate or graduate student).• Be at least 18 years old.• Pass Thrivent Financial’s background check.• Be able to work in the United States after college graduation, without sponsorship.• Commit to a full-time internship of no less than 12 weeks.CompetenciesIndividuals who want to participate in this internship program should be relationship builders, effective communicators, innovative thinkers, team players, resilient, energetic, people of high integrity, and they should believe in the benefits of volunteerism.CompensationThe compensation structure is designed to reward productivity through commissions and productivity-based bonuses.
