The Business Internship Blog is 8 years old and today we hit 1,400 posts - most of which have been hot leads on internships for students of the Charlton College of Business. (I keep trying to give up the task of maintaining this blog as it does take some extra work - but students like it!) Watch the blog for possible summer internships and fall 2014 opportunities too. In addition to following the blog (and tell your friends to follow it too!) please utilize UMD's Careerlink, Indeed.com, and build your contacts to land a good internship!!! Build your network! Get on LinkedIn and attend events at CCB that help you to meet and mingle. Talk to family and friends about your desire to build up a solid source of internship leads. Join student clubs and associations. Accounting majors - join the Massachusetts Society of CPAs as a student member ($25). Get yourself out there. Network, Network, and Network.
