Position Summary A wide variety of duties to support Project Management Office (PMO) activities. General responsibilities include supporting project team leads in the continuous improvement of on-line HR groups and sites and specifically the HR Project Management site., This will include documentation and change management support. Additionally, support project team leads in ongoing initiatives. This experience may include supporting team workshops, change initiatives, engagement activities and communications planning and implementation and will yield candidate familiarity with project management tools and application. This internship is full-time and will last approximately 12 weeks

Principal Accountabilities

Gap Analysis on Knowledge Management Repository process adherence and develop recommendations to address

Review of the HR Project Management team site content in relation to Knowledge Management procedure and customer experience – make recommendations/action to address findings

Build understanding around online communication resources/tools’ use (e.g., HR Team Site, PulseConnect) to enhance/develop global HR's communication and collaboration effectiveness, in particular for global project teams.

Support project leads in project portfolio tracking; updating project plans and weekly status reporting activities

Support specific project deliverables, change initiatives and program/process implementations scheduled to occur in the May through August timeframe.

Requirements

Demonstrated interest/coursework in communications, business management Previous work or internship experience in related field Web communications skills/experience Microsoft Office Suite; Project a plus
