Description Business Analyst The incumbent
performs assigned duties under the direction of an experienced staff member to
acquire knowledge of methods, procedures, and standards required for performance
of the departmental duties. He/She receives training and performs tasks in one
of several departments to become familiar with the line of business and company
policies and practices. He/She may be trained in functions and operations of
related departments to facilitate subsequent transferability between departments
and to provide greater experience opportunities. Project: - The candidate would
support re-engineering projects in Asset Servicing and work along side employees
utilizing Lean Six Sigma tools. Qualifications The qualified individual must be
enrolled in a 4-year degree program, preferrably in Industrial Engineering and
must have a minimum QPA of 3.0. He/She will possess strong leadership,
analytical, and problem solving skills, and is comfortable with written
presentations. Strong communication and organizational skills is a must. He/She
should be able to work in a team environment as well as work independently and
be computer proficient. Exposure to Access would be a major plus. Previous
internship (summer or Co-operative Education) experience preferred. |
