Description (full): The Provicence Bruines have internship positions available. The position includes office hours as well as game day responsibilities and totals approximately 10-15 hours per week. The position is unpaid, however academic credit is available if applicable.
This is an excellent opportunity to gain valuable experience in sports management, marketing and business.
The Sales & Marketing Intern will be expected to assist with marketing and promotional campaigns for both the ticket sales department and sponsorship sales department, assist community relations department with projects such as mascot and player appearances, assist the media relations department on game nights, provide customer service and implement customer relations programs both on and off site, implement promotions and events both on and off site, be responsible for construction and maintenance of individual and business contact database, develop and implement programs for lead generation, and assist with implementation of direct mail campaigns.
Requirements: Applicants should be currently pursuing a degree from an accredited college or university, be success oriented with high energy and a positive attitude, be highly organized with attention to detail, and have a strong sense of responsibility and self-motivation.
