Fashion Merchandising Internship
Location: 35 United Drive West Bridgewater, MA
Department: Merchandising – metrostyle
Hours/Days: Variable based on student schedule
BACKGROUND REQUIRED:
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, Lotus Notes.
· Strong written & verbal skills.
· Ability to multi task.
DUTIES:
1. Evaluate strengths and weaknesses of book performances.
2. Actively participate in evaluating repeatable items & development of new key items.
3. Attend concept meetings, import development and fit sessions.
4. Input style information into our Inventory Mainframe System.
5. Collect all samples for photo and still life photography.
6. Assist in proofing catalog copy passes.
COMPENSATION: Stipend of $10 per day is provided for transportation costs OR
Hourly rate of $12.00
