Job Title: Project Manager

The Project Manager Intern will be responsible for carrying
out directed activities that support the American Doctors Online call center,
remote sites, new implementations and overall operations.
This role will be based primarily at the American Doctors
Online corporate office located in Fairhaven, MA. Candidates should expect to
travel locally to assist in project management related activities based within
our customer’s sites. Candidates should be in good physical condition and be
free of drug and alcohol addiction. Occasional, background and unannounced drug
testing should be expected.
QUALIFICATIONS:

Current enrollment in UMASS with a course of
study to include, but not limited to:
o
Business Program
o
Biotechnology
o
Nursing Program
o
Pre-Medical Program
o
Medical Laboratory Science
o
Evidence of participation and leadership in
scholastic activities
·
Knowledge of marketing/operations and program implementation with 2-5 years’ experience
and/or training in: Marketing, Project Management
·
Proficiency with MS Office, Basecamp, and other
Project Management software
·
Superior written and oral presentation skills
·
Strong organizational and communications skills
·
Ability to work autonomously and in groups
·
Interest in medical/healthcare industry,
marketing, research, strategy and/or consulting
·
Strong personal motivation
ESSENTIAL
FUNCTIONS:
·
Prepares expediting reports and interfaces with
internal and external customers
·
Will work providing support on customer specific
projects, data base entry, administrative duties; including filing, scanning,
etc.
·
Perform targeted market research
·
Work with the Executive Management Team and
Managers expediting and updating the progress of the projects pertaining to
scheduling, research, and coordination using milestone schedules and pm excel
reports
·
Identify, define, collect and track key business
metrics for new and existing products
·
Data analysis and interpretation along with
strategies
·
Research potential new contacts, partners, and
products
·
Assist in the development of new promotional
materials
·
Assist with scheduling meetings/travel
associated with corporate development/sales/operations
·
Assist in preparing sales/strategic development
presentations
·
Participate in strategy development meetings and
calls
·
Special project work as assigned by the manager
·
