Women’s Fund at the Community Foundation
Fall 2011 – Spring 2012
The Women’s Fund is looking for a Marketing and Development Intern to assist in the following activities:
1. Helping to extend our brand identity through appropriate social media, in the context of our new three year strategic plan -
2. Assist in marketing Fall Leadership Breakfast to appropriate students and faculty members
3. Assist in marketing Winter Networking event to UMass students, faculty and staff
4. Assist in Marketing Tiara Classic Mother’s Day Road race to all UMass women and their families
5. Identify a group of student volunteers to assist on Mother’s Day to help monitor and manage the Road Race which now has more than 1000 runners.
The above list can be adjusted somewhat according to the skills and the amount of time an intern is available to the Women’s Fund.
