Description
The Sports Radio 103.7 WEEI-FM internship presents an exciting opportunity to learn from the #1 Sports Radio Station in the country. With 9 stations throughout New England, the WEEI is synonymous with New England Sports. WEEI-FM in Providence is seeking highly-motivated, energetic individuals to intern in the Promotions Department.
Requirements
· All interns must have reliable transportation.
· Applicants must be highly motivated, outgoing and creative.
· Applicants must be able to multitask, have great organizational skills and the ability to be a leader in certain situations.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is a must, with Adobe Photoshop skills preferred but not required.
· Office hours are set in advance of internship, hours are based on school requirements.
· Availability for events on nights and weekends is non-negotiable; you will be paid when you work events.
Compensation
· All internships are performed for academic credit and are unpaid.
· Internships are available during fall, winter, spring and summer.
