Kraft Sports Group Internship

Customer Marketing & Strategy – Event Internship
The Customer Marketing & Strategy department at the Kraft Sports Group (New England Patriots, New England Revolution and Gillette Stadium) is looking for qualified, highly motivated, enthusiastic undergraduates for an internship opportunity at Gillette Stadium.

This internship is for game-day and marketing events only. All candidates must complete the internship for academic credit through
their university or college. Candidates must be available to work a
majority of 2010 Patriots home games. See the schedule at www.patriots.com.

Candidates should meet the following requirements:
Qualifications:
Excellent communication skills
Must be customer service oriented
Self-driven and capable of excelling in competitive atmosphere
Strict attention to detail
Reliable transportation

Responsibilities:
Market and promote Patriots programs and initiatives
Collaborate with staff to provide game-day and event analysis
Provide customer service to existing Kraft Sports Group customers
Conduct and record market research in person and via phone
