Job Summary

The Market Strategy Intern will play a key role in assisting the organization to make better, fact-based decisions by identifying, advising and influencing the Americas businesses on issues of strategic importance

  • This individual will report to Director of Market Strategy & Intelligence. The Market Strategy and Intelligence Group is an internal strategy consulting team within the North American organization
  • This professional will focus on developing insights by synthesizing market trends, customer needs/behaviors, and internal business performance to develop actionable market strategies that inform investment directions
  • Projects may span a variety of areas, including market analysis (competitive, customer needs, economic, etc.), growth strategies, customer segmentation, scenario planning, service-line strategy development

Essential Functions

  • Frame, design, perform and present analyses, generate insights, and develop actionable recommendations for strategic initiatives
  • Synthesize information from a variety of internal and external data sources (e.g., customer interviews, business intelligence, industry trends and competitive intelligence) in order generate actionable insights
  • Work with cross-functional teams in order to solve business problems and drive strategy and decision-making
