Here is a great opportunity for a bright, well motivated,
self-starter who has strong finance and analytical skills. Seacross
Global Advisors is looking for a finance intern to work full-time in
their Boston office. You must have at least a 3.4 GPA and have
completed a significant number of core finance courses. This is a
full-time compensated internship. The assignment will involve at
least 3 projects during a 9 week period. This is a small but very
busy firm and candidates must be able to handle the pace and be a
self-starter.
There will not be lots of time for micro-management by staff. You
will receive clear guidance and the mentorship to make this a
successful internship but you must be ready to take on some
responsibility, search for data, conduct basic industry research etc.
without a lot of hand holding. Ideally, the firm wants to act
quickly to bring an intern on board and would like to hold interviews
as early as this Friday. Therefore, if you are interested in this
position, please send a resume and a brief email to Adrian Hill at
the email address shown below. It is possible that another round of
interviews could be held in about a week. In any event, send a
polished resume and brief email (in lieu of a cover letter) as soon
as possible. This is a competitive situation in that finance majors
from other schools may apply.
If you think you have what it takes to complete an internship at a
Boston hedge fund. please consider this opportunity. This appears to
be an excellent opportunity for anyone who wants to learn about
investment fund management and earn an excellent entry into the
investment world. Seacross manages two hedge funds: a global fund
and an Asia Pacific fund.
Many thanks to Dr. Lou Petrovic, Director of the ATMC, who referred
Seacross to us.
