Job Description Corporate Audit
The Corporate Audit Team structure focuses on delivering audit
services to State Street's major business areas and clients, managing
specialized functions and accelerating necessary development
activities. The Corporate Audit Teams organizational structure
delivers audit services focused on Asset Management (SSgA),
Investment Servicing, Global Services and Information Technology.

Enterprise Risk Management
Enterprise Risk Management is a process, effected by an entity's
board of directors, management and other personnel, applied in
strategy setting and across the enterprise, designed to identify
potential events that may affect the entity, and manage risk to be
within its risk appetite, to provide reasonable assurance regarding
the achievement of entity objectives. The goal of State Street's
Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) Division is to support business
units across the Corporation by establishing and maintaining
appropriate risk management policies, guidelines and limits. In
addition, we assist management, at both the executive and business
unit level, in minimizing legal, regulatory, reputational and other risks.


Corporate Audit - Summer Intern - SACC Program
This internship is a uniquely focused internship opportunity for a
candidate from the Service Academy Career Conference (SACC). This
internship will assist on various projects in either Corporate Audit
or Enterprise Risk Management.

This is a full-time 10 week Summer Intern Program (starting in early
June 2008 and ending mid August 2008) with the potential opportunity
to return a second summer (2009) and third summer (2010).


The SACC candidate would have a background in: Accounting, Finance,
Mathematics, Computer Science, Economic or Information Technology.
