PetSmart is looking for passionate students to intern in one of our retail stores for the summer of 2014. If you’ve ever wondered what it’s like to lead a store for a Fortune 400 retailer – now’s your chance to find out!

One moment you may be providing a solution for a pet parent and the next you may be coaching an associate on how to keep the store clean and stocked. Our Field Internship program is the perfect place to learn about a career in retail management and the uniqueness of a PetSmart store. You’ll spend ten weeks rotating through the different store departments and learning from the experts. Along the way, you’ll also learn about the culture that makes PetSmart a great place to work and make your mark with a business impact project.

What will you need?
  • On track to complete a bachelor’s degree between December 2014 and June 2015
  • Passion for pets
  • Compassionate customer orientation
  • Interest in retail and/or leading teams
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills
