Intern
The HR intern will be focused within the
Compensation function of HR. The position is analytically inclined with a
significant focus on data analysis, and will be involved in the administration
and operations of our compensation system.
Key areas of participation will include:

- Scanning rate recommendations
- Prepare information for simple
rate recommendations (e.g. print request, document job code, grade, range,
current job info, etc., print equity comparison and then give to relevant

- Enter salary survey data into
Access database
- Assist with job description
process
- Benchmarking of company data to the outside market through utilization
of industry survey information
- Determining and analyzing the company market position, including
identification of any existing gaps
- Communications and program training material development

Requirements:
• Proven communication and organizational skills
• Strong attention to detail and understanding of confidentiality
• Analytically driven
• Solid computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Self-motivated and ability to work with in a fast-paced, team environment
• Major in Business Administration, Human Resources or Accounting
