Human Resources Intern
The HR Intern is responsible for supporting various HR functions, including Recruiting, Performance Management, Benefits Administration, and Employee Relations, with administrative and project duties. This is an excellent opportunity to be involved with a variety of functions in a busy HR office. The HR Intern must be extremely detail oriented, excellent with people, show good judgment and have the ability to work in a fast paced environment. This is a temporary position and is available immediately.

- Bachelors *candidate*
- Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word 1-2 years
- SharePoint experience, strongly preferred
- Previous experience working in an HR department
- Ability to respect confidentiality
- Highly detail oriented, organized and able to multi-task
- Excellent communication skills
- A team player with a positive attitude

About the Human Resources Department
When you join EBSCO as a Human Resources Intern, you will contribute your skills to the Human Resources Department in Ipswich, MA. This department is responsible for personnel aspects including job recruitment, hiring, performance management, compensation, organization development, safety, benefits, and training. Other professionals working in the Human Resources Department include recruiters, human resource managers, employee relations coordinators, technical recruiters, administrative assistants and more.
