A local manufacturer is looking to CCB to refer some candidates for a 3-4 month temp position in their IT support area. The "temp" will provide second level support ..... Laptop/Desktop/Printer break fix, calling Dell
for warranty and out of warranty support and repairs, mobile device
support, iPhone, Android and Blackberry. There may also be some user desk side
support, OS related....Windows 7 / XP and Microsoft Office 2010.
