NOTE from Michael Griffin, CCB Internship Director - this business is about 15 minutes from campus. You will need a car. This is a good opportunity to do some basic accounting for a small business while also interacting with the owner and with customers. It will involve not only basic bookkeeping but also basic office work. And it is paid and it is anticipated that this will be an ongoing need. It will qualify for internship credit (3 credits for a business elective) - assuming you also complete the internship course concurrent with the work. If you land this position and want credit, please contact me ASAP so I can get you enrolled in the internship course. Entry into the internship course also requires a minimum GPA of 2.5 and at least 60 credits earned.
