Medical Equipment Dynamics, Inc. is looking to bring on a bright marketing major (senior) or recent graduate to help with online sales & marketing - eBay listings, website content & more.
Most be a senior marketing major with excellent PC skills and knowledge of social networking, Google+, eBay.
job duties and tasks etc...
- List, maintain, and manage equipment listings as needed (eBay, Dotmed, MedWow, company website, Facebook and other target market websites)
- Assist with email creation to promote certain products to target custmers; Weekly and/or monthly promotions, blogs, etc...targeted to specific clients
- Photograph equipment for multiple uses (email, websites, high res); save files appropriately
- Create content onto websites: Dotmed, co website, Facebook, LinkedIn and other online marketing tools to help promote the company to the target markets
- Implement new ways and improve upon existing Marketing strategies
- Assist and contribute as needed in any way to maintain effectiveness, efficiency and profit for the company as a whole from a marketing standpoint
- and more...as needed...such as...ship/Track purchased/sold equipment; file and maintain MED equipment inventory (online and hard copies); answer the phone; etc...small company!
A little about the company:
- Started December 2007 and has experience 10X growth in revenues.
- Currently employs three people
- Sells unique equipment worldwide via Freight, FedEx, Van Lines, Air and Sea
- We are a Top Rated company in our specialized industry
- S-Corporation with a 1m/2m general liability insurance policy
- Liquidates decommissioned "capital" medical equipment from hospitals
- Sells used, refurbished and new "capital" equipment to hospitals, surgery centers and dealers worldwide
- Company plans on adding a new website within the next year and would need assistance with adding content and implementing it with an appropriate marketing stategy
Goals:
- grow, at minimum, 10x within 3 years without the use of any long-term financing
- Significantly increase international sales/marketing presence over the next year
- Become a Top company in the used, refurbished medical equipment indusrty within 3 years
- Have the company run smoothly without the need of upper management (me) :)
This is a new position and could eventually become a full-time career for someone. For now, we would like to test-the-waters by starting off with an intern, recent graduate or other talented, interested person that would benefit from this unique experience.
