Our office located in Lincoln, RI is seeking an intern for our Life Systems Department. This is a paid internship and the working hours are 18 hours per week during the school year. Our internship is designed for individuals who have completed at least their freshman year from an accredited college/university and who will be continuing their undergraduate studies during the Fall and Spring semester.
Job Responsibilities:
Assist staff with systems development and implementation.
Assist with research projects.
Troubleshoot systems hardware and software problems.
Install and upgrade hardware and software.
Maintain and service printers (lifting approximately 45 lbs).
Serve as backup to Systems staff.
Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate should have basic or intermediate knowledge of Windows Operating Systems (Windows XP, Windows 7, Windows Server 2003 & 2007) and Microsoft Office Suite.
