JOB DESCRIPTION
Title: Sales and Recruiting Intern
Position Summary:
Davis Interns gain valuable, real-world experience and insight into the world of staffing while developing skills that apply to all aspects of the business world. Interns partner with our sales and recruiting teams to provide research and sourcing assistance for both candidates and potential clients.

Essential Functions:
The intern may be required to perform any or all of the following essential functions as determined by business necessity:
• Assist Account Managers by sourcing prospect clients through data mining, researching, sourcing via job boards, networking, etc.
• Provide constant stream of qualified sales leads to the sales team.
• Assist Recruiters by sourcing resumes for potential candidates using online job boards, advertisements, flyers, etc.
• Coordinate and schedule candidate interviews as needed
• Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate and client recruiting
• Assist with local career fairs by providing candidates with detailed information regarding potential opportunities
• Provide administrative support to the Sales and Recruiting teams (payroll, data entry, etc.)
• Assist in developing and executing marketing strategies to attract quality candidates and clients
• Attend regularly scheduled team meetings and regional meetings
• Comply with established Quality Management System Policies and Procedures; verify work for accuracy to ensure quality of output

Non-essential Functions:
In addition to the essential functions listed above, the intern may be required to perform other non-essential functions. Interns are required to follow any other job-related instructions and to perform any other job-related duties requested by their supervisor.

Qualifications:
• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree (preferably in Human Resources, Marketing, Communications or Business)
• Must be energetic, highly motivated, and able to work in fast-paced environment
• Excellent organizational skills
• Ability to maintain the confidentiality of all information learned through the sourcing process
• Proficient technology skills in Microsoft office, Internet, and email
• Excellent written/verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
