• Assist with local career fairs by providing candidates with detailed information regarding potential opportunities
• Provide administrative support to the Sales and Recruiting teams (payroll, data entry, etc.)
• Assist in developing and executing marketing strategies to attract quality candidates and clients
• Attend regularly scheduled team meetings and regional meetings
• Comply with established Quality Management System Policies and Procedures; verify work for accuracy to ensure quality of output
Non-essential Functions:
In addition to the essential functions listed above, the intern may be required to perform other non-essential functions. Interns are required to follow any other job-related instructions and to perform any other job-related duties requested by their supervisor.
Qualifications:
• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree (preferably in Human Resources, Marketing, Communications or Business)
• Must be energetic, highly motivated, and able to work in fast-paced environment
• Excellent organizational skills
• Ability to maintain the confidentiality of all information learned through the sourcing process
• Proficient technology skills in Microsoft office, Internet, and email
• Excellent written/verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
