J.J. Best Banc & Co. the leader in classic car finance is now offering a paid internship in downtown New Bedford, MA. The majority of the hours will be Monday through Friday 2-6 or 7. There may be opportunity for some morning hours and Saturdays. Responsibilities include answering telephone, screening and directing calls to the appropriate person or department, take and relay messages, provide accurate information to callers, greet persons entering the organization, deal with queries from the public and customers, general administrative and clerical support, prepare letters and documents, receive and sort mail/deliveries, assist in the coordination of special projects, such as bulk mailings, and other events identified by supervisor including follow up as needed.
