The Bay State Games, an Olympic style sports competition for Massachusetts High School athletes, have announced that they are accepting resumes for spring 2011 internships. I have had some involvement with the games as three of my children have participated in the basketball competitions and my wife has been part of the medical staff. This is a well run tournament and offers some good experience for interns looking to break into the sports field. There is a small stipend involved but the real value is the resume item and the experience. You will also make good contacts. Here's the link to the Bay State web site with more details:
