Assist marketing team in monitoring all in-mall signage, mall web page, and general marketing/merchant correspondence
Assist with the coordination of mall-wide special events, seasonal programs and promotions
Assist in overall management responsibilities for the shopping center by working with front office staff, finance, and operations departments
Assist marketing in fielding all media inquiries and updating media contact sheet
Write, edit and proofread all marketing correspondence including internal merchant newsletters press releases, media alerts and internal memorandums

Responsibilities:
Assisting with A/P invoices by looking up vendor numbers, entering invoices, ensuring proper approvals, printing review reports, reviewing entries, posting batches, running check register reports, verifying checks cut, marking invoices paid and filling paid invoices.
Helping with manual billings including preparing spreadsheet of any billings, printing schedule for GM approval, entering manual billings, printing review reports and reviewing entries, and posting batches.
Reviewing rent-up by running edit report, reviewing rents compared to prior month rent-up, and noting any differences.
Collecting monthly net sales reports from tenants, calling tenants for reports not submitted on time, completing schedule of net sales, entering sales figures in the system, and posting batches.
Gift certificate and/or customer service income reconciliation including entering receipts, reviewing entries, and posting batches.
Assisting with billing and invoicing for year-end settlement.
Tracking tenant net sales to calculate percentage rent.
Assisting with sending out mailings to tenants (for example, changes to lockbox address, changes in tenant charges, requests for certified year-end sales figures).
Assisting with rent collections by placing collection calls and sending out default letters.
Qualifications:
Currently enrolled in a college or university.
Strong organizational and time management skills; strong attention to detail, excellent PC, Excel and MSWord skills.
