Local Paid Internships (New Bedford)

J.J. Best Banc & Co. the leader in collector automobile finance is now offering THREE paid internship positions in downtown New Bedford, MA.

1. The first position we are looking to fill is a title department intern. A title is a legal form, establishing a person or business as the legal owner of a vehicle. The titles department is responsible for assuring that each customer of J.J. BEST BANC & CO. titles their car within an appropriate time frame. As an intern in the titles department you will be responsible for tracking titles, opening and filing mail, placing phone calls to customers and interfacing with dealerships.

2. The second position we are hiring for is an Insurance Intern. As an insurance intern you will be responsible for setting up and maintaining a database of client information that is sent directly to the Hagerty Insurance Company on a daily/weekly basis. Knowledge of Excel is a MUST and some marketing experience would be beneficial.

3. The third position we are hiring for is a Marketing Intern. You will be responsible for email marketing and bulk mailing campaigns, maintaining print ads and will also assist in the coordination of special projects and other events identified by the supervisor including follow up as needed. Knowledge of all social media sites, Photoshop and HTML experience are a plus.

For all positions we are looking to hire interns who possess strong critical thinking skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills and effective and efficient use of computer applications including MS Office products.
