Vested Interest in K9s, Inc. is a 501c(3) non profit located in the Taunton area. Our mission is to provide bullet and stab protective vests for law enforcement police dogs throughout Massachusetts through fundraising. www.vik9s.org
Primary duties and responsibilities of the intern: To assist with various marketing and fundrasising projects to promote our non-profit corporation involving input on website, circulation of media, social media networking, development of emailing list and event planning.
What will the student learn from this experience (list 4 or 5 learning objectives)?Social media networking, development of mailing lists, networking and circulating of media through community access, event planning.
Job Title: Marketing Intern
Academic preparation of the student required (graduate, senior, junior, courses taken, GPA, etc.): Looking for a student who loves animals and would find enjoyment in learning about the police dogs.
