Liberty Mutual's internship programs give you the chance to work on a
variety of critical business assignments, test your skills, use your
academic knowledge and match your interests to a real job.

As an intern with Liberty Mutual Investments Department, you will
develop knowledge about the business through exposure to one of three
functional areas within the Investments Department - Accounting,
Compliance or Operations. You will focus on developing the skills
necessary for professional success by completing the assigned day-to-day
work and projects normally performed by an entry-level, professional
employee. Liberty Mutual's internship program is intended to provide
students from diverse backgrounds with the opportunity to practice
business skills learned in school while developing experience that may
lead to a full time position upon graduation.

* Develop technical skills needed to become a successful
professional within the designated functional area.
* Focusing on developing the skills necessary for success by working
closely with co-workers and the manager on assignments.
* Performing project work, such as research assignments which may
involve an end-of-summer presentation to management.
Qualifications:

* Undergraduate entering junior or senior year working towards a
bachelor's degree.
* Effective interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
* Accounting or Finance majors strongly preferred.
* Ability to communicate in a clear, concise manner.
* Ability to build and maintain effective relationships.
* Effective analytical skills to gather information, analyze facts,
and draw conclusions.
* Minimum 3.0 GPA, all majors.
