Basic Skills necessary to perform job
" Must have minimal knowledge of MS Word and MS Excel
" Knowledge of QuickBooks helpful
" Knowledge of any sales contact software ie; act, goldmine,
" Basic knowledge of computers
" Reasonable telephone skills
Sales Support Admin-Responsibilities
-Maintain Inventory
-Log in all receivables
" Printers
" Cuffs
" Computers
" Vicorders
" Diagnostic books
-Learn Vicorder program
" Need to be able to answer questions on phone
" Need to be able to troubleshoot customer problems on phone
-Set Up Equip for Delivery & Shipping which includes
" Loading software on to computers
" Testing equipment prior to shipping
" Inserting documentation in cartons
" Logging all service numbers for shipping
-Maintaining Log for Customer Acceptance forms
-Eventually be able to train customers over the phone/internet on the Vicorder
" Bonus monies to be paid
-Responsible for the maintaining of a log for loaner equipment sent
out and sending broken equipment back for repair
Maintaining customers records and keeping 'pick list" of everything shipped
" Faxing all pick lists to M.A. for billing
-Telemarketing
" Must be able to qualify leads that come in
" Do some telephone prospecting to create leads
