Open Position at Experience – IT/Help Desk Support Internship

Hours – Minimum 20 hours per week
Start Date – Immediate
Compensation: $10.00 per hour for 20-30 hours per week.

Experience's IT internship program is aimed to
provide meaningful real-world work experience and
to help you increase your marketable IT skills in
exchange for your help in the following areas;
With mentorship and guidance, responsibilities will include:
• Managing help desk requests (troubleshooting PC
issues, phones, network, Windows, Linux, etc.)
• Building, reconfiguring and set up of laptops, desktops and projectors
• Support of the network and provide employees with access to resources
• Minor administration of phone system
Required Skills / Experience:
• A minimum of 1 internship or work experience of a similar nature
• Windows 2000/XP
• PC and Hardware Support
• Basic networking experience
• Strong Internet and computer skills
• Ability to communicate effectively with employees at all levels
• Ability to analyze and resolve problems
• Confidence and maturity to work independently

This position is in the Boston office.
