Summer Internship: Human Resources

Here is an announcement that I received this morning from a major corporation: Tyco Electronics. They are looking to hire a paid Human Resources Intern for the Summer 2008. This one might make a lot of sense for a CCB student living in the Lowell, MA area or within a 1/2 hour radius of Lowell.

Wireless Systems is a leading innovator of wireless technology for critical communications, radar and defense applications.

Wireless Systems Segment is looking for candidates for a Human Resources Co-op/Intern located in Lowell, MA.

The HR co-op will be working on a number of different projects, which will give them a great learning experience. Some of the work will include:

Working on the summer 08 co-op/Intern program
Managing job postings
Operating Applicant Tracking System
Immigration recruitment
Assisting with administration of projects and programs
Special projects as assigned

The ideal candidate will be working toward a Bachelors degree in Business with preferably a concentration in Human Resources, with a minimum GPA of 3.0.
