Graduating MGT senior: HR entry level job

TomTom Inc., located in Concord, MA is looking for a HR generalist (entry-level, fulltime). They need someone who has demonstrated abilities to think analytically and broadly, so I would suggest a GPA minimum of 3.2 (on a 4.0 scale). They would also like someone with "real world" experience in a company to understand a little about how the different business functions tie together.

We are looking for a well-rounded individual, and do require candidates to hold an undergraduate degree in a business discipline, have some work experience in a corporate environment with exposure to multiple functions (Operations, Finance, Sales, Marketing), proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, web and web search savvy, and strong math skills, in addition to stellar communications and interpersonal skills. In Human Resources, the ability to maintain objectivity and exercise good judgment while working through multi-faceted issues is key.
