*Overview of Internship Objectives*: For the student to experience
hands-on marketing experience in a small, fast-paced environment. This

_POSITION FUNCTION_:

Under the supervision of the Marketing Officer, assists in planning and
implementation of special projects for the period of one school semester.


_PREFERENCES:_


· Participation in the Marketing, Public Relations or like program at an
accredited college;

· Excellent presentation skills; must strictly observe dress code policy
to insure positive Bank image

· Proficient with MS Office package in addition to desktop publishing
software

· Be able to handle multiple tasks; detail and deadline oriented.

_ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS_:

Ø Completion of special marketing project as assigned during internship
semester.

Ø Performs administrative duties as assigned; ensures paperwork,
including retention of records for established periods of time, are in
compliance with state and federal statutes and regulations and are in
accordance with Bank policy.

Ø Assists with the development and implementation of all research
projects relating to deposit acquisitions, competitive position,
consumer attitudes, service quality, retail market segment
identification. Gathers all relevant data, organizes data and subjects
it to in-depth analysis. Formulates supportable conclusions and prepares
recommendations for marketing director's approval.

Ø May assist in writing press releases, scripts, brochures, etc.
involving the Bank and its personnel.

Ø Assists in coordinating and participating in community related events.

ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES

· Ensures that the quality and quantity of work performed within area of
responsibility is maintained at acceptable levels.

· Performs related clerical and routine administrative functions as
required.

· Completes special projects when assigned.

· Acts as Bank photographer and records Bank events.

Overview of the internship/coop objectives:
The intern will be heavily involved in internet research, entering
information into our database, and posting information and/or video to
certain websites.

Primary duties and responsibilities:

Most of the duties and responsibilities of the intern will be based from
our computer database. The student will assist the Office Manager with
ongoing database maintenance tasks, helping to make our database
efficient and profitable. He/she will be responsible for use of websites
such as Linkedin (a professional networking site), Indeed and Monster to
search for possible companies and candidates, and heavy use of search
engines like Google, to research missing contact information.

Another major task will be to assist in video projects which include
filming, editing, and posting videos to certain sites, and possibly have
part in redesigning our website, based on the intern's knowledge of web
design.

What will the student learn from this experience?

This position will help to better the student's organizational,
technological, research skills, and knowledge of Microsoft Applications.
The intern will also get an in-depth look into the professional world.
As we help supply chain professionals take their careers to the next
level, the intern will learn the ins and outs of the job searching /
interviewing process – giving them a much better understanding of
exactly what employers are looking for.

o Assist Investment Management Services with investment
